Referral Submission and Inquiry Function for Keystone Mercy Members

Primary Care physicians can now submit referrals request to Keystone Mercy for real time approval.  Simply choose the Referral Submission option from the transaction menu.

Once a referral is submitted and a referral ID response is received from Keystone Mercy, the patient may visit the specialist.

Primary Care physicians, Specialists, Hospitals and ancillaries can use the Referral Inquiry option from the transaction menu to search, retrieve and print approved referrals.
