You are now able to find missing recommended services (care gaps) for your Keystone Mercy members right here on NaviNet. To access this important information, choose the Report Inquiry option from the transaction menu. Also, Care Gap Alerts will appear on your screen (if applicable) when you check a Keystone Mercy member's eligibility and benefits.
