Philadelphia, PA – Anne Morrissey, President of Pennsylvania Managed Care, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, delivered the keynote address at the recent graduation ceremony of the Job Opportunities and Business Skills (JOBS) program, an intensive welfare-to-work program run by the People’s Emergency Center (PEC).

The graduation ceremony celebrated the achievement of 26 women from the Philadelphia community who have successfully completed the JOBS program and have obtained jobs in the community.
