Keystone Mercy Health Plan, Crozer-Keystone Health System Reach Contract Agreement

Philadelphia, PA - Keystone Mercy Health Plan and Crozer-Keystone Health System announced today they have agreed to terms for a new contract for the provision of health care services. The new contract, which will begin on April 1st and expire December 31, 2008, includes all Crozer-Keystone Health System Hospitals: Crozer, Delaware County Memorial, Springfield, Community and Taylor; and all Crozer-Keystone employed physicians.

In addition, Keystone Mercy Health Plan and Crozer-Keystone Health System have agreed to explore ways of streamlining the administrative costs of providing health care and also discuss pay for performance physician compensation.
