Dental CareDental care is a very important part of staying healthy, especially for young children. Your dentist will provide regular check-ups and take care of your regular dental care. Any dentist who is part of the Keystone Mercy network can provide dental care. You can find a dentist in your area by searching the Provider Directory or by calling Member Services. If your current dentist is not in the Keystone Mercy network, call Member Services to find a Keystone Mercy network dentist. You do not need a referral to see the dentist. It is important to be on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late or need to cancel your appointment, call the dentist's office ahead of time and let him or her know. Try to give the dentist's office at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment or you may be charged for the appointment. Dental Services
Members must meet certain criteria to receive the following services:
If braces were put on before age 21, services are covered until completed, or age 23, whichever comes first, as long as you continue to be a Keystone Mercy member. There may be co-pays for some dental services. Please see the "Member Co-payment Schedule" for more information.
