Health Education Outreach Advisory Committee (HEOAC)
The Health Education Outreach Advisory Committee (HEOAC) was created by Keystone Mercy Health Plan to strengthen and promote community trust. HEOAC is comprised of community members who understand and appreciate Keystone Mercy’s mission. HEOAC acts as a "goodwill ambassador" for Keystone Mercy. Members of HEOAC have a strong investment in their communities, a history of advocacy for the people we serve, and are knowledgeable about and supportive of Keystone Mercy.
